Beyond mobile, macOS (13+), Windows (10/11), Linux, and various browsers like Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox all support passkeys too.

If you’re on iOS 16+ or Android 9+ (especially Android 14+), you’re nearly guaranteed passkey capability via system-level biometric or PIN integration. So probably a safe assumption at this day and age.
