Even before Roe fell, we’ve been defending people criminalized for how their pregnancies ended.

Now, without Roe, policing of pregnancy loss is rising, including states that have enshrined abortion rights in their constitution.

This new law lets people sue anyone who manufactures, distributes, mails, or provides abortion pills to or from Texas.
