I don’t think that the aspiration of virtue is a negative but combined with the second word, the colloquial use of the word makes sense. To turn that money into a billion is a an active effort and I think at that amount of money the companies you’re investing in you’re supporting actively. Not to mention how his shoes get made. That’s all I’m gonna stumble my way through since I’m sure an economist on here explained it better.

So when you see someone like Lebron who makes a bunch of money for playing basketball really fucking good, it’s easy to assume the all the money comes from his ability to play and things like endorsements. Since once you hit the 100s of millions it’s all numbers.

I think that past a certain amount of money, it starts to be hard to conceptualize and that has only been used for the top 1% and above’s advantage. I think if people actualized the amount of money a billion dollars is, Elon Musk would not be able to walk around as freely as he does.

I think you slightly are off the mark. He is saying that he believes that it’s the fact for Lebron James *specifically*. Which I said in an earlier reply, I don’t agree with but can understand how someone might come to that conclusion.

I think the context is definitely the statement since people are saying “he’s doing the yet we live in a society meme”. Seems like he’s saying some wild shit, but broken clocks and all that.
