(well he technically did, but it was mostly Hudson's PTSD about Mr. Otkin and Lewis)

These moans weren't temporary either. Are we forgetting UCN, where Scott HAD an opportunity to give him William's FFPS voice, and he didn't. It only happened in Special Delivery, but the canonicity of this game is a different can of worms. Also Frights, where Springtrap didn't talk at all.

No problem, take your time, sir.

FNaF Archiving team uncovered it. Seems like it’s from Tyler's DropBox account

Interesting… what can you say about this? Was this an opening scene for Five Nights at Freddy's 2 at the early stages of the game’s development? I’ve heard something about Scott wanting to include cutscenes in the game, but scrapped them due to his time limit of 87 days.

Is this actually a scrapped teaser for FNaF2?

Yellow Bear was never real, he was never a human being. He is a demonic manifestation of what the original killer did in that suit; he is the memory, the embodiment of all evil in this franchise. Henry wants to kill him by destroying the memory of Freddy's, because that is what he is.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
Think of it as if Yellow Bear is Pennywise taking Bob Gray's form. There likely was an actual human that died in Fredbear, but Yellow Bear just uses his appearance, since he was the core of the tragedy. A monster the murderer unwillingly helped to create.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
Because we know someone actually died in this suit. We saw him convulsing. In the films, we also have a blond boy representing Yellow Bear. But he knows what the others don’t know. He knows the Yellow Rabbit is not their friend. He is more aware and very malicious.

Why and how did Kelsey survived? Was he even real in the first place? The story never specifies and has no actual continuation. Maybe Kelsey is another spirit of memory after all. Maybe a boy named Kelsey lived at one point, but he is long dead now? Maybe the memory is all that's left.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
That accidentally kills Kelsey, but Devon is then haunted by nightmares and decides to return to Freddy's; to make sure Kelsey is truly dead. Instead of finding Kelsey's body he finds someone else in the suit, only for it to wake up and kill him. Kelsey then appears alive, luring others to Freddy's.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
But wait! They’re not the only ones! Yellow Bear LITERALLY exists in Fazbear Frights! Enter The New Kid, the story where a blond boy named Kelsey is introduced to school. The protagonist, Devon, doesn’t like him and is jealous of him, so he and his friend Mick traps Kelsey in the Fredbear suit.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
It’s even more possible when we remember characters like Eleanor and the Yellow Rabbit from Fazbear Frights exist. They are demons born from terrible memories of the past.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
And while that makes sense, Yellow Bear also uses these words repeatedly. Why? Because he thinks HE is the killer instead. Or, likely, is not even real. Maybe the Yellow Bear is a monstrous manifestation of the original killer created by the warped memories of his victims.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
We then see Yellow Bear and the Marionette, standing right beside us and watching. Both of them say "it’s me", which corresponds with "it’s HIM" in the files. Yellow Bear is a "he". Some people think "it's me" is connected to the killer, and the characters recognise him; "it's him".

The Dreams cutscenes are the most important part of what I’m trying to say. We’re dreaming as someone in a bear suit, standing on the stage of the first Freddy's. The Classics (Bonnie and Chica specifically) aggressively stare at us.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
I mean, it’s even in the novels.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
This is furthermore supported by the following games. For example, FNaF4 heavily, and I mean HEAVILY implies that the Crying Child saw a man in the Fredbear suit luring a defenceless victim. He is afraid of the man in the suit, as we see in the Night 3 minigame. Fredbear was the murderer.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
What a lovely little coincidence it is that the main antagonist of this game is Yellow Bear, who literally looks like a slumped over mascot suit with no endoskeleton inside. As we thought at the time, the killer likely removed the endo parts to enter the suit and do the deed.
January 14, 2026 at 6:57 AM
First of all, when FNaF1 was just released, no sequel was in the talk. It was an over-and-done-with horror story, initially planned as Scott Cawthon's final game. The newspapers say that "a man dressed as cartoon mascot led [the victims] to the back room."
