Who bears the cost? I think political parties who refused, when they had the chance, to address climate change should bear the cost. Ie who eliminated Ev subsidies, starting oil exploration, burning coal, increasing co2 emissions. Not citizens who, for decades, demanded govt action.

The power of #comedians and clowns before them, is they are able to speak truth to power. Hitler got rid of comedians on his way to power. There are no comedians in Russia are there? Power comes from defining what truth is.
