To oppose them while sports bans you get their knee-jerk reaction.
Unfortunately not much you can do about that one. And youre definitely right theres a practicality issue here, at least with bathrooms you can gauge by general discomfort and trans people kinda self police anyway.

Yea Ive heard of the guy who opposes bathroom bans but not sports legislation and I dont really get that guy. I think its literally just normalcy bias. Bathroom bans are more in the conversation, even if people have never heard the actual like economic and safety arguments they know theyre supposed

And if this is just a hypothetical exercise, again just arbitrary criteria. Most people just dont know how trans people or gender in general works, including many more educated people, so whatever they come up with it'll be extremely binary and probably unenforceable. Chromosomes or something

None of this matters because it has nothing to do with sports. Camels and foxes. They'll just come up with literally any criteria that pops into their head and then ignore it and shove whoever they want in an unmarked grave.

I am in favor of a public option and was providing arguments in favor. Medicine does not actually cost as much as the current American Healthcare system claims, and if you have fears that subsidized Healthcare wont cover your edge case, dont be, insurance can still exist.

2 and 3. These arent examples of health insurance pushing for or punishing evil hospitals for overcharging you, as evidenced by the fact that in many cases these drugs only cost so much in America. Insurance companies work with hospitals to charge patients without insurance more while cutting a deal

And yes, I think people's belief in a fantasy world makes it harder to function within the real world. (although I do think believing in something, anything at all has health benefits)
