The year is almost over and I'm 6 months deep in my battle against anxiety, panic attacks and gastritis. I've made progress with both alkaline/pescetarian diet and cognitive behavioural therapy, but sometimes my struggle and very strong. Today is one of those days. Gotta take it one day at a time

I heard you can use your own website URL as your Bluesky handle. I have a one-year-plan to make a website and put my front end skills into practice and maybe land my first programming job (outside email marketing).
