Elegg hit a pretty fun spot. Honestly most of them are on that so fan service focused it gets goofy. The game has some decent character writing beneath it. One of my favorites is snow white.

I've got a few Dread Delusion/Lunacid which were PSX styled RPGs called Acid Fantasy. The original Trails games were charming and turned out amazing , Madworld for stylish ultra violence on black and White. Reverse is a Gacha game but the artists are knowledgeable of fashion and have great designs.
