این شهروندان طی دوران بازداشت توسط بازجویان اداره اطلاعات در اصفهان برای اعتراف اجباری علیه خود، خانواده هایشان و دیگر زنان بازداشت شده تهدید به تعرض، تجاوز، نشستن بر صندلی الکتریکی و کشیدن ناخن شده بودند.

این شهروندان طی دوران بازداشت توسط بازجویان اداره اطلاعات در اصفهان برای اعتراف اجباری علیه خود، خانواده هایشان و دیگر زنان بازداشت شده تهدید به تعرض، تجاوز، نشستن بر صندلی الکتریکی و کشیدن ناخن شده بودند.
شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان ابتدا این ده شهروند بهایی را به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام، انجام فعالیت تبلیغی آموزشی انحرافی مغایر با اسلام و همکاری با گروه های متخاصم به حبس، جزای نقدی و مجازات های تکمیلی محکوم کرده بود، حکمی که عینا در دادگاه تجدیدنظر تایید گردید.

شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان ابتدا این ده شهروند بهایی را به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام، انجام فعالیت تبلیغی آموزشی انحرافی مغایر با اسلام و همکاری با گروه های متخاصم به حبس، جزای نقدی و مجازات های تکمیلی محکوم کرده بود، حکمی که عینا در دادگاه تجدیدنظر تایید گردید.
این احکام که به صورت غیابی صادر گردیده به خاطر آنچه امنیتی و محرمانه بودن پرونده نامیده شده بود به صورت کتبی به آنها ابلاغ نشده و فقط به صورت شفاهی به وکلای آنها اعلام گردیده بود.

این احکام که به صورت غیابی صادر گردیده به خاطر آنچه امنیتی و محرمانه بودن پرونده نامیده شده بود به صورت کتبی به آنها ابلاغ نشده و فقط به صورت شفاهی به وکلای آنها اعلام گردیده بود.
بهاره لطفی و ندا عمادی نیز هر کدام به ۵ سال حبس، پنجاه میلیون جزای نقدی و دو سال ممنوع الخروجی و محرومیت از شبکه های اجتماعی محکوم شده بودند.

حامد حسینی حدود دو هفته پیش، در جریان برگزاری مراسم هفتم جانباخته دادخواه، خسرو علیکردی، در مسجد غدیر مشهد توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از آن به زندان منتقل شد. این شهروند حدوداً ۳۵ ساله، متأهل و پدر یک فرزند است.
همچنین گفته شده نهادهای امنیتی دسترسی او به حقوق اولیه، از جمله ارتباط مؤثر با خانواده و وکیل، را محدود کردهاند.

The only evidence against Mehrab Abdollahzadeh is an initial confession extracted under torture during detention. Since then, under all circumstances, he has consistently maintained that he did not commit the killing and has rejected the charges.
