I think it is more that most MAGAs believe that they don't benefit from the current, rules based system and that all the cozy government and NGO jobs enforcing these rules go to other people's kids.

How stupid can you be to make that statement? Rubio should know that Putin shows no interest in ending the war he started. And of course it is America's war, too, because this war makes global consumers poorer and threatens global supply chains.
