I get where you're coming from but I already think most Latinos know about profiling from first hand experience. It doesn't seem worth it for so many people to suffer so some idiots can learn "Fuck Around and Find Out". May be more beneficial to find ways to prevent this from occuring in general.

Hope I'm not taking the spotlight away from newer/contemporary Latinx authors, but Gloria Anzallduá's Borderlands/La Frontera, seems like another book worth mentioning. That said this list has a lot of books I need to now pick up.
