I know we're a bit tired of the "everyone is twelve" stuff, but Fintan O'Toole said we were living with the politics of a 14 y.o. boy back in 2015 and everything Trump has done since reinforced that as the main thing to remember.

No wonder they went after the Dept. of Education over there.

Buried the lede by later reporting what xAI's official statement actually was.

The reporting is poor, but I'm more concerned when we have people in news media that have never heard of Searle's Chinese Room. It isn't a person, though lots of vulnerable people can be convinced it is.
