Why I Run. My wake up call came when the Dr told me that my cholesterol was high and that it put me at an elevated risk for stroke. At that time my dad was rapidly declining from dementia caused by several strokes. It was time to choose health and put in the effort.

I just got a Pepsi with a red top. Do I win a prize or something? I was loading up the fridge from a 12pack I bought at Walmart and on of the 12 have a red top.
