okay that definitely tracks then with my limited exposure to it. I'm curious if it would be a significant time investment to set up, I am super forgetful so for myself I imagine another place to check and keep track of commissions would get lost in my absent mind

I usually get this after high energy social events, generally the night coming down from it or the day after Im just grumpy with really negative self talk. It's hard because I recognize it as a pattern and know it generally goes away, but it still sucks to not be able to do anything about it
