I've had Google Maps suggest, when asking for driving directions, that I walk a block over from where my car is, and drive from there.

Dial-up BBSes, back in the mid-80's, using a 300 baud modem. I could read the text as fast as it came down the line.

I loved this game! (In fact, someone mentioning that the Rivers of London magic system was reminiscent of Ars Magica is what prompted me to try the series!)
