So outside of events, a free to play player gets 81-ish for the next two patches, which means you need to get 100 somewhere else.

It's 180 pulls between 2.3 and 2.4. With the $5 membership thingamajig, I think you get enough.

Average is 42 days per patch, which is 84 days and you get 90 per day. So for $15, you get about 47 pulls + the 900 monochrome.

This isn't factoring any of the dailies or events.
