That does mean moving our products over slowly and avoiding logistical issues that would cause backlogs, delays and potentially customers receiving incorrect orders, or not receiving their orders at all.

We understand the frustration that comes with paying international shipping costs. At the same time, it’s vitally important to us that we ensure processes like this go smoothly for our customers, our team members, and our fulfilment partner.

Going forward we will continue to move more products over to ship from the US, however not everything we announce/sell for 2026 will be able to ship from the US. Our final 2 anniversary sets have already been confirmed to ship from the UK only, when they are announced.

From the beginning of 2026, Afterlight sequels will also start shipping from our US fulfilment centre. We’ll also begin shipping select special edition books and sets from the US next year, and it’s also our plan to begin shipping Starbright from the US fulfilment centre in 2026.

We’ve now announced every product shipping in 2025. From next week (!!) we will begin to announce products shipping in 2026, and so we wanted to provide a further update on our US shipping progress.
