This is what I needed to see & hear during a feeling sorry for myself morning.
Let sadness come and go like passing clouds in the sky of your consciousness, but make sure to extend a warm invitation to joy as well, allowing both emotions to coexist naturally in your heart, each teaching valuable lessons about the full spectrum of human experience, leading to fulfilment.
