I'll also endorse a Casio (PX-160). The weighted keys feel great and it sounds great. Not insanely bulky either! Might be worth dropping into a music store and just trying some different models out though. I've heard Roland has some nice ones.

If they just released a windows handheld that could compete with the ROG Ally X in power and had a SteamOS like experience (or basically just an xbox dashboard) it would be pretty sick. But it would have to be able to run xbox games and other game stores natively.

I don't really know anyone using it as a portfolio tool anymore, but I started using Mobbin to find UI inspo and I've been really happy with that tool.

I guess there is a difference between feeling your own impact and accomplishments though (almost more of an exercise in mindfulness) and having those celebrated and acknowledged by leadership though...

I feel like it's an organizational thing. I've had some orgs where zoom parties to celebrate launches / accomplishments were the norm. And other orgs where teams crunch for months for the launch celebration to be a single, one sentence slack post, then straight back to the next task.
