At least in America, we have a cultural belief that being poor is a moral failure and that the poor don't deserve nice things like housing, healthcare, healthy food, cell phones and apparently also clean buttholes.

I got my first bidet two years ago. I now hate going anywhere that doesn't have a bidet. I will hold it all day so I can go at home with my bidet if I have to.

I'm so tired of politics being about spinning things to make it look like you and your party can do no wrong. It's okay to admit mistakes so long as you take responsibility to rectify them!

I get that this is a thing people say to elected officials and often it's a legitimate critique. However, if you've been paying attention you'd see that Congresswoman Dexter has actually been walking the walk in addition to talking the talk. Cosponsoring articles of impeachment against Noem for one.

It's clear that they have a sadistic love for the harm that they inflict. These people are predators. Nobody who gets pleasure out of hurting other people should ever be given an ounce of authority.

Kristi Noem shot her dog in a ditch because it behaved like the untrained, energetic, young puppy that it was. She told that story because they believe that is a totally reasonable response to that kind of a situation. They see no value in a dog that disobeys beyond the opportunity to take its life.

It doesn't stretch the imagination to come to the idea that MAGA would believe that she deserved to die. They enthusiastically dehumanize anybody who deviates from their strict ideals. If you disobey ICE, you disobey Trump by proxy and that is an unforgivable sin, your humanity is forfeit.

I've heard people ask how MAGA can justify that. Whether or not you believe the ICE agent was in a situation where lethal force was a necessary action in self defence, surely you can't argue that she didn't deserve access to medical attention after she was incapacitated, right?

It's the bare minimum that needs to happen. Every federal agent who's committed an illegal act against the American people needs to be tried and face justice. If we fail to hold them accountable things will continue to get worse because they'll know we will let them get away with it.

These are the same people who said Renee Good was using her vehicle as a weapon before she was murdered when it's clear to anybody who watches the video that she was trying to flee the scene as agents were breaking into her car.
