Cautiously optimistic about this but PlayStation MAY HAVE removed the internet connection requirement for the external disc drive on the new ps5 slim.
If so, it’ll be great to have an option going into the future. I know my OG big boi ps5 won’t last forever 😢

Nvidia is mirroring GE in the 90s in a few respects. They say history doesn’t often repeat itself but it certainly rhymes.
Hopefully Nvidia’s downfall won’t be as bad or all encompassing as GE but I think we all know something is coming.

This is the one series where MMO games really make sense and it’s unfortunate that Sony put a bad taste in everyone’s mouths with their forced decisions.
Really hoping these 2 Horizon MMOs are successful. Because I remember the EARLY concept art for Zero Dawn and thinking that’s what it was.

Ryse: Son of Rome complete!!
Short game, awesome combat, great story, very linear and narrative focused (which I personally really enjoy), and stunning visuals that aged like wine.
I couldn’t help but compare it to The Order 1886. Love both games tho!

CryEngine is a beast! Seriously cannot believe my eyes. This game is 12 years old and still gives current gen games a run for their money and it’s running on a handheld!
(I also miss Crytech naming games with a “Y” in them)

Still on my quest to play 7th generation games I missed, on the Steam Deck. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is pretty enjoyable so far.

Master Chief Collection COMPLETED on Steam Deck! On Halloween night I beat Reach. Probably my second favorite Halo behind the OG!
My first time experiencing them all solo and some for the first time ever. What a great series of games. Can’t wait for the remake next year!

A little over halfway through Halo: Reach! This campaign is pure adrenaline but I have a feeling this is the “Rogue One” of the Halo series.

Somehow I ended up playing Fallout 3 on the deck for seven hours this weekend 😅
Never played it before and I keep hearing that NV is one of the greats so I’m attempting to play them in order. Hopefully I’ll be done by the time Todd Howard is done with Fallout 5 😂
