Obviously many questions remain - e.g. who commissioned and carried out the review of surgical referrals for young trans people for NHS Lothian? Why was the decision initially kept hidden from patients? How to ensure this doesn't happen again? It's important pressure is kept up.

And I'm sure they kept certain things open-ended because they still want to make more shows in this universe but I really felt the core stories of Arcane were dealt with and resolved really well.

I agree! I thought the whole season was handled perfectly imo and I've seen complaints that some stuff was condensed into montages or not shown but for me it's not a problem with it just being efficient storytelling to get the point across without dragging stuff too much.
