SCOTUS ruled POTUS cannot be prosecuted for actions taken as POTUS therefore, any employee or Contractor acting at the behest and orders of POTUS Cannot be committing a crime as it is a lawful order as defined by deference to the immunity of the office. just following orders in the Yoo S of A.
