Yes woman tend to be good at communicating their needs but man often don't care because again they grow up in apathic groups that don't care about each other so when they replicate that behavior with woman, it fails. Hence why woman want less and less anything to do with man as well.

I find it strange, they spend lots of time talking badly about eachother when they are not present yet don't call them out directly.
I think woman have a more correct attitude than man in this since they actually will address stuff and cut the person off if their conduct and actions are nasty idk

All the while in male groups I notice they are almost strangers to each other and share the same friends and spaces out of commodity not actual friendship. Most of the times they don't even know what is going on in each other's lives. Idk what to think of it but I don't think that's normal.

They also normalize apathy among their groups of friends and make feelings something estranged like. Meanwhile my friends from queer groups are not afraid to be seen as less for something feminine, sensitive or fear being censored for talking about what's bothering them. They actually care.
