Flu often causes more severe illness than cold viruses. It can even lead to hospitalization or death. Luckily, there's an annual vaccine to prevent flu! While the vaccine isn't 100% effective at preventing flu, it does drastically lower your chance of severe illness, hospitalization, and death.

It's been used in some vaccines for over 75 years. And years of research has found no evidence that it causes chronic health problems. Without aluminum, vaccines would not work as well and kids would be less protected from disease!
