definitely not everyone is able to justify having a 'manager' but i feel like personally for me, it makes my overall life so much more enjoyable while working along side people who are also enjoying the experience.

big ups thank you for all the logistic help :3

...while i don't have the budget to pay every mod, people love to help out with a creative passion and there's no way i can run these easily accessible music sessions without the help from other passionate members in the community (5/6)

...instead of worrying too much about logistics. also, small additional tax write offs when i pay my manager and video editor!! on the topic of helpers, i stream publicly in my own group public worlds and those need to be setup and moderated for a smooth experience for new users (4/6)

...every week i have at least one person reaching out to book me for something which is amazing and awesome- but i either forget to respond or have to say no- so having someone be able to assist with everything- not just bookings- makes it so i can continue to enjoy the artistry of it all (3/6)

...while interacting with active stream chats, create music content and original music, work slowly on large scale events, on top of trying to keep up with friends when i can and being in a healthy relationship (2/6)

Giving temporary priority and expecting certain behavior to be tied to it is like purchasing a fast pass for a theme park then expecting that person to go on every single ride no matter how they feel when you only wanted to go on a specific one.

Yeah, totally the same. These virtual events don't have the same restrictions as IRL events. Yeah there's normally an 80 cap, but it's not comparable to a sold out show or something.

Don't ever feel bad for not meeting your own expectations. All you can do is try your best and be proud of the things you've attempted so far

I found a lot of success by genuinely asking for help and delegating tasks. For example, your main passion is creating an awesome world to throw down in. Focus on that, and delegate another person to reach out for bookings for DJs, another to locate VJs, etc etc.

This is definitely not a 'get good' situation. It really can be difficult to create a venue space, make sure everythings up to par, reach out to DJs, make sure they synergize and work well together, reach out to VJs, possibly include DMX and LDs, etc etc. So much goes into event running.
