Honestly kind of shocked me, given the company's history of complying in advance on LGBT stuff. I don't like a lot of the decisions the company makes, but I'll give them this one. It's better behavior than I expected.

For real, learning firsthand why they've got that reputation.

I think I've seen a couple videos clowning on ML a good while back, but I'd forgotten about them when swinging by Target earlier. Was just thinking "Hm, picks are delivering today. I should grab a lock to try them out and practice."

Also, when I do finally get the lock to engage properly to the point where I can use the pick, I literally just have to push up the first pin and it opens right away.

Maybe I just got a bad pull on the padlock gacha, but I don't think this specific one is going to be all that useful for practice.

To my knowledge, you're supposed to apply pressure with the tension wrench and use the pick to set the pins in place until the lock turns.

80 to 90% of the time, this lock just opens without even needing to use the pick.

Oh, 100% agree. I am fully expecting this to be detrimental to my health, but some bits demand commitment.
