Didn't know this was a thing. I had to train myself to listen to audiobooks but I'm so glad I did -- working out? Listen to a book. Running errands? Listen to a book. Doing chores around the house? Listen to a book. Not doing anything else that requires your hands or eyes? Read a book. C'est fin.

This is just a good outlook in general. It's okay to strive for excellence but treating everything like a zero sum game has some seriously diminished returns.
