I’m deeply disappointed by the news that three UofL graduates had their work visas terminated by the Dept. of Homeland Security. UofL has always been a welcoming and inclusive community, and this action feels like a betrayal of the values we uphold.

This Memorial Day I remember my friend 2LT Travis Morgado. From San Jose, CA; we met as 09S OCS Candidates at Ft. Leonard Wood, C 2-10INF. He would go on to infantry BOLC, Airborne, and ranger school deploy in March of 2012 as a platoon leader where he was KIA 05/23/2012, Zharay, Afghanistan.
