and i don't think anything can really justify hatred towards any group of people, as people, because hatred just means that you're willing to hate them if you view them as a justified target... who gets to determine which people are justifiable targets of bigotry?

the human spirit and inherit good has no nation, no color, and no religion. there is an inherent right and wrong within all of us and we may come up with different ways to interpret it but it all remains the same

i applaude the russians that have spoken out against their government, who refuse to be sent to war, who've been oppressed, queer russians who live in fear of their horrible government but still hold on.

the government of russia does, many ethnic and russian nationals are victims of the russian government. thousands of young russian men are sent to cannon fodder on their behalf. this doesn't justify anything but its not fair to collectively hate an entire group of people for something the gov does
