I'm Venezuelan. After Chavez death, all of them have managed to play as a team. That's how they have stayed in power for so many years. I think they'll keep doing the same.

The thing is, they remain "undetected" by design, because they're cheap labor. They're not hidding. They are working, studying and living a life. It's just convenient, until it's not.
