Our individualistic Constitution leans us into personal freedoms… (of the majority folks, that is), and our Protestantism leans us into fracturing of groups (to the Nth degree).

And yet the scriptures teach that all believers are being (diversely) built into a ‘temple’.

If one asserts this is a Christian nation, then it would certainly walk the walk and talk the talk. It would be obvious to all looking on.
