Trump ballroom, modeled after Mar-a-Lago, has ballooned in size. Originally intended for 650 guests, recent plans are for 90,000 sq ft structure that will accommodate nearly 1,000 people at a price tag of $300 M. Trump has pushed for the project to be completed before his term ends in January 2029.
