Anyone surprised that DOJ wants to dismiss its suit against Musk’s SpaceX? Special treatment for Adams and Musk is no surprise plus DOJ won’t be pursuing civil rights claims on behalf of immigrants, or almost anyone, going forward so this was totally predictable.
