a little update. I had the well known branded (the cat) one earlier. I just realized the screw got stripped to mount it to the desk while it just was only holding a sony a7s. So yeah lol wouldn't recommend.

so I went with elgato but the issue I run into with it is the base becomes loose after relocating it a few times. I'd probably go with something similar to this. a.co/d/e4oZ1wB
