Nature is Healing. I started to walk at #ForestParkSTL & would hangout at the Visitor Center/Coffee Shop daily. Working in #wordsearch & #sudoku books after my walks. This was taken last week the beginning of November.

Finding ways to entertain and keep yourself busy other than social media is much encouraged. Read more books, do brain puzzles, color in some coloring books, play games. Get outside more. Walk & Enjoy Nature. Explore your own mind and life.
