a page from my brussels sprouts zine, there are two linocut images. one is a brussels sprout with an x carved in the base. the other, is a medieval style devil with a large fork that had speared a bruskie. text: should you cut a cross into the base? in medieval times, folks believed demons lived between the leaves. the cross would drive the evil spirits away. (it would also help them cook more evenly) text is handwritten in black.
