When I was 20, my boss--an old guy ready to retire who demanded coffee waiting on his desk each morning--called me stupid because I forgot he wanted two sugars. "I may be a lot of things, Mr. X," I said, "but stupid isn't one of them." Didn't get fired, quit soon after. Stand up to bullies!
