Maine Coons? The two I've been blessed to live with each had a big vocabulary. Linus the Lionheart, in particular, often came up with new "words." He was very expressive.

The money to fund SNAP is THERE, they just refuse to choose to use it. Republicans don't care if health insurance is unaffordable, SNAP is dead over Thanksgiving, CDC is blinded to the next pandemic. Lots of us dying would suit them just fine.

What a lucky boy! Handsome too. When my last Maine Coon, who I raised from a kitten, went OTRB, I found a pair of 10-year-old littermates who needed a new home. These are my geriatric roommates: fitting for their old and broken guardian.

They think because we have disabilities they can just institutionalize us so they don't have to LOOK at us, when in fact we all deserve to get what we need for a DECENT life, and the pursuit of happiness. And we contribute to the richness of the world--not just economically (tho that too).

I actually lost 60 pounds eating Lean Cuisine and fruit. (I needed to!) I try to add fresh fruit still. I'll take your advice and start viewing it as "real" food.
