This was by far the BEST airport seat/bed thing that I’ve ever come across. It was at the Manama international airport in Bahrain . I flopped down , put my head phones on and set an alarm and got three good solid hours of sleep. 🤺🇨🇦🇧🇭

Time to come clean on why my training has been so difficult going into the worlds..6 weeks ago I had 2 mini strokes -TBI’s. My wife was working through a family issue so I opted not to tell her until I got back from the Worlds.I’m now back under my neurosurgeons care and already back training 🧠

Have not managed to get a coffee in over a day .. finally got a f’ing @starbuckscanada in Pearson airport ..WTAF!!!! I just came from Bahrain and I can get a meal for this with free soda and unlimited top ups of everything..Only the 2nd time buying Starbucks . NEVER again

Arrrrggggggg… I was sure I’d cracked the top 50 … ranked 53rd in the world after the official rankings came out …😂😂😂..soooo close but a nice jump up from 67th ..and you know what ? I’m NOT gonna complain at all ..this is an accomplishment not many get to achieve 🤺🇨🇦

On top of my finishing 47th at the Worlds Championships and now being ranked in the top 50 in the world I was part of the team sabre event and we placed 8th in the world . I can handle that . 🤺🇨🇦🇧🇭

I BEAT A FUCKING OLYMPIAN AT THE FUCKING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ..🤺🇨🇦🇧🇭..I’m laying on my bed crying .. overcome with emotions . Have you any idea how hard it is to win a bout at this level , let alone beat an Olympian? And I’m now ranked inside the top 50 fencers in the world , that’s surreal

I’m taking 3 sabres with me to the worlds . This is my main go to weapon and as per FIE protocol the inside of the guard must be coated in non metallic paint with no chips or scratches . This one is now ready to be reassembled and packed 🤺🇨🇦🇧🇭
