Have you ever just been sitting at the office and you accidentally press the on button to your buttplug. So it started vibrating ferociously. With no other way to turn it off other than hitting the button again. But it and you are wiggling to high heaven making it hard to do. 🙈 me neither.

Training in a calorie deficit is a lot harder then I ever would have imagined. My energy is non existent. Strength non existent. It’s just not a good time.
