Hahaha! It’s FWI Pencket.

It’s made by a guy named Mart.jp and he only sells them at Japanese pen shows as he adjusts them to your angle of writing. He also sells some pretty cool iron gall inks.

It’s a pocket pen, so a little on the slim side. The nib writes like a Bock, though they don’t say who makes them, so it’s a smooth writer. My Pilot Sterling pen dries out fairly fast (my only Pilot that does that), so I assumed this one would too. But so far, no problem at all.
