Possibly. The urgent care doctor said we should probably try to avoid going forward. Will have to speak with her pediatrician and confirm.

That is so scary. Thankfully he survived the ordeal but I can completely understand ensuring everyone knows he’s allergic!

Seems like many health care professionals are split on this. The rash moved to her face and mouth, so I’m probably going to avoid for now.

So sorry for your experience. U was given penicillin as a child and had breathing issues as well (though, it occurred very soon after ingesting). I have avoided since. Hopefully her possible sensitivity is minor.
