Yes, it makes total sense. And was it around them that the federal government got out of social housing? Maybe that was earlier (when teachers & other professions could access affordable government housing)

Have you listened to Richard Denniss talk about the “housing crisis”? He’s quite interesting to listen to (and I think he’s funny).
