Finally, I got up enough motivation (I've been dealing with some stuff) to paint on a friend's dnd comm piece again. Got a good bit done today. Still no super cool shots as of yet. Still haven't gotten an SD card reader still. Im slacking. Lol ^_^ #warhammercommunity #paintingminiatures #art

So, I got the fancy pictures done for the last mini painting I did. Alas, I am without an sd reader until further notice now, so I can't get them uploaded till later. Blaaaaaah.

Base is done. Dry brushing for a bit of highlighting on the cloak bits. Varnishing to go and then try and get the nice, "professional" style pictures taken later. ^_^ #paintingminiatures #art

Have the upcoming weekend off. Might try to get some painting done. Will see. The last project was working on before the 6 figurine commission fell into my lap, I'm not the happiest about. So wanting to finish it is kinda eh. Update to comm work, still have 2 left to paint. Just waiting to get them.

Reposting to try this later. I've been scheming ideas on what to do with my sister of battle combat patrol. Been wanting to maybe try and come up with a fun sub faction of them like so many do. ^_^
I highly recommand the app "Impcat".
It's an app that allow you to easily simulate color schemes on 2D pictures of minis. You can define the basecoat, shades and highlight for each colors to make a quick mock up.
