Some of it (like where you see equals signs or weird things like  ) are caused by faulty HTML conversions.

Not a bar, but the Oakland LGBTQ Community Center next to T-Mobile, and there are some nice places around there (Arizmendi for one), but definitely too many banks and cell phone stores and zero streetcars. It's completely car-dominant now, and good luck finding parking.
