A European army would be the best in terms of cost efficiency and military power, but politically it's going to be very complicated unless some leaders show a lot of courage.
More realistic and maybe more important: an integrated army for the Baltic and Nordic countries.

The US (and possibly NATO) is gone, and there's no going back. Europe needs two things: An army and a nuclear umbrella. The nuclear deterrent must come first, it's faster to build and more urgent.

It's a bit strange, it will write massive amounts of garbage reasoning to arrive at wrong answers, sometimes it gets it right, and it's interesting anyway.
