Fully develop him at one position, and when he feels comfortable, put him in some offensive packages. With how complex NFL offenses and defenses have become, it's pretty much impossible to develop a player on both sides at the same time.

Is he a culture setter? Not really because his team is always at odds with each other. He doesn't call plays, which is weird from an offensive head coach. Of all the offensive head coaches in the league, I think he's the only one that doesn't call plays.

He's very coordinator dependent. He's a CEO head coach that just seems to be there to jaw at the fans.
