Decided to make some French brie with fig jam from my tree. Just wrapped it in puff pastry. A little Fresno chili for some fresh heat.

I mix some Heinz chili sauce with my blackberry jelly made from wild blackberries. Add some leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving, chipotle chili powder, garlic and onion powder and a little lemon juice. Throw in crock pot with meatballs and those Hickory Farms little smoked sausasges.

Steamed shrimp, cocktail sausages and meatballs in my homemade blackberry jelly and chili sauce, stromboli, charcuterie tray with World Champion Tillamook cheese and Humbolt County goat cheese. Cookies and egg nog. Crab cakes with lump Maryland crab. Canadian whiskey!
