When we got Trooper from the shelter, we were told he was indoor/outdoor

They could not explain to me what that means

He has been a happy indoor cat since day 1 (14 years ago) but now has dementia, so occasionally visits the porch, but only when we leave the house

My boi is 80 in human years, which means he’s getting closer to 🌈 and I’m just not ready!

My boy is getting older (he’s somewhere around 18-19) and we are getting as much cuddles and pets in as we can

My cat follows my husband around the house 24/7

These last 3 weeks, hubby has been in the hospital to treat DKA, hypotension & upper GI bleeding

Cat thinks it’s my fault that Daddy’s gone & avoids me

Thankfully, hubby is healthy & home now

So why is Trooper laying on my arm instead of Daddy’s?
